Sometimes we just need a quick reset— someone to help us re-focus and get back on track.
This 90-minute session give you a chance to re-evaluate where you’ve come from, your mission, your goals and where you’re heading next. We take a look at which door you need to open and how to take that step. This session will provide you with the opportunity to process through what has been working in your life, what patterns may have crept in, and which direction you want to move in. The session will be followed up with three emails to check in on your progress towards your goals and dreams.
My rate is $200/90-min. session. I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not bill insurance companies directly. You can check with your insurance provider to see about submitting a partial reimbursement claim. I would be happy to help you with this.
